  • Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging unless the product arrived damaged/defective or the wrong item was shipped.
  • Proof of purchase: Required (order number or receipt).

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or partially used ingestible products (for product integrity and safety).
  • Items marked final sale, free gifts, or promotional bonus items.
  • Products without original packaging, or with missing safety seals.
  • Expired products or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

How to start a return

  1. Have your order number and unopened items ready.
  2. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via Customer Support or our Contact page. Please do not return items without an RMA.
  3. Pack securely. Include the RMA number inside the box.
  4. Ship using a trackable method. You are responsible for the item until it reaches our returns facility.

CBD refunds and processing times

  • Inspection: 2–3 business days after the return arrives.
  • Refund method: Original form of payment.
  • Refund timing: Typically 3–10 business days after approval (bank/issuer dependent).
  • Return shipping: If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges and replacements

  • Damaged/defective/incorrect item: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after review.
  • Like-for-like exchange: If approved, we’ll replace the same product variant (subject to stock).

Bundles, gifts, and subscriptions

  • Bundles/kits: Must be returned in full, sealed, and unused.
  • Gifts: If you have a gift receipt or the original order number, we can offer store credit to the recipient or refund the original purchaser (per request and eligibility).

THC-free context, COAs, and drug testing awareness

THC-free indicates that THC was not detected at the laboratory’s LOQ as shown on the product’s COA. Testing methodologies and LOQs vary by lab. If you have workplace or personal drug-testing concerns, consider reviewing COAs prior to purchase and consult your employer’s policies.

Returns based on third-party test results or drug screening outcomes are not accepted for opened products. When in doubt, please reach out via Customer Support before you buy.
